Ms. Lynch has supported clients in matters related to contracts between parties in the pharmaceutical supply chain, drug pricing and reimbursement, claims adjudication, drug utilization reviews, pharmaceutical manufacturer rebates, prior authorizations, drug wholesaler purchasing, specialty and compounding pharmacies, among others. Ms. Lynch often uses data analytics combined with her deep industry knowledge to provide meaningful insights for complex questions at the request of industry clients, their counsel and private equity firms.
