- Responsible for reporting, communicating and liaising maintenance items within the portfolio - Establish long lasting relationships with current landlords- Conduct thorough Ingoing reports & detailed outgoing reports - Communicate with tenants throughout there tenancy regarding any queries that may arise- Conduct detailed routine inspection reports and identify any potential maintenance at the time of inspection - Assist with application processing - Sucessfully navigate the tribunal process as required

- Manage a portfolio of approx 200- Handle all maintainece items for the portfolio - Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants- Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants- Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities- Keep up to date on job and market knowledge- Efficiently and thoroughly screen & approve tenants for vacant properties

Responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to;• Attend information events at local campus's throughout Newcastle and the central coast, knights stadium, schools , shopping centres• Provide information to parents and students• Show small and large groups of school groups (students and teachers) around campus• Participate in activities

Responsibilities within this role include but are not limited to; • Experience with -- My desktop - Property Me- Price finder - Rp data- TICA- Inspect real-estate (IRE)General admin -• Scheduling appointments• Keep on top of signed out keys, ensuring any missing keys are followed up and returned • Managing multiple incoming calls in a professional manner • Solving over the phone and walk-in inquiries • Receipting money • Filing, responding and sending emails & faxes to appropriate persons• Support marketing manager• Marketing properties - taking photos, creating advertisements• Director of first impressions • Meet deadlines • Multi-task in a fast paced environment • Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills Sales support - • Prepare CMA's for agents• Producing sales advices & corresponding to with vendors/purchasers / solicitors • Scheduling open homes• Create and send vendor reports • Update sales white board • Provide updates on individual targets and sales status' for sales meeting Property management support -• Performing open homes• Processing tenancy applications• Organising tenant maintenance and ensuring follow ups are made within reasonable time frames and the appropriate persons are notified• Contacting approved tenants• Lease signingsMarketing -• Create open home brochures • Newspaper open home advertising • Create just listed and just sold brochures• Watermark photos• Write advertisements for sale and rental listings
