Ignite Group is an award-winning premium bar, club and restaurant operator. I held three roles while promoting British restaurant brand, Bumpkin, across four London locations (Chelsea, South Kensington, Notting Hill and Westfield Stratford). Lead the end-to-end creation and delivery of marketing, PR and sales plans for Bumpkin.• Designed targeted seasonal campaigns, venue specific with individual menu offerings.• Established a hotel concierge programme, which increased concierge bookings by 50%.• Managed a reservations teams of three, helping them achieve their bonus for the first time.• Established key partnerships and affiliates to promote the brand – online and offline.• Menu development, including food styling, photoshoots and employee training.

Led small group adventure tours exploring China. This role demanded adaptability, flexibility, responsibility and organisation in a country where very little English was spoken. The responsibility for others’ safety in a foreign country was a tremendous pressure. But with detailed planning, responsible travel and a respect of culture, my groups enjoyed a fantastic experience.
