● Project engineer on a team designing and administering construction of natural gas pipelines and various natural gas compression facilities. Duties and responsibilities included route development, environmental permitting, contract documents, material procurement, and construction estimating and scheduling. ● Performed construction administration tasks in the form of project scheduling using Microsoft Project, producing Bills of Materials, holding stakeholder meetings with contractors and management, and ordering and tracking materials.● Produced requests for proposals (RFP) for design and construction services and responded to request for information (RFI) during the bidding process. ● Conducted bid analysis and produced bid award packages.● Supervised the production of construction documents and specifications for facility and pipeline projects.● Performed QA/QC of construction documents prior to bidding. ● Analyzed change order requests and provided briefings to management on schedule and budget impact. ● Acted as engineer in charge at various facilities and sites. Responsibilities included all engineering and construction decisions on site.

Design elements included stormwater drainage systems, sanitary sewer, natural gas service, domestic water service and lighting plans.● Aided in stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) production as well as sediment and erosion control design and weekly inspection.● Produced contract plans and specifications for various large scale site projects.● Conducted Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments for clients prior to commercial property acquisition.● Addressed Town, Planning, Zoning, and Historical Preservation Boards on behalf of clients requesting project approval.
