Professional: As Executive Vice President and CFO at CPV Manufacturing, I lead the Accounting and Finance, IT, Risk Management, and Human Resources areas. I am a CPA and CMA with over 20 years of combined experience in the public and private accounting sectors. Having worked as a controller for a division of Johnson & Johnson and for many years in public accounting, I have a diverse background with experience in both public and private companies, as well as non-profits. Civic: I am a proponent of community involvement. I am currently spending my volunteer time in the area of increasing the visibility of management accounting as a career among would be and present accounting students and young professionals and am also active in both the local and regional chapters of the Institute of Management Accountants. I have also spent my volunteer time focused on education. I am President-Elect of the MidAtlantic Council of the IMA and I have been co-chairman of the PICPA Education (Schools and Colleges) Committee I have held several officer positions on booster organizations in the West Chester Area School District including the West Chester Rustin Boosters Alliance which is the group that raised funding for the installation of lights on the West Chester Rustin Stadium. I have also served on the strategic planning committee for West Chester Area School District representing Westtown-Thornbury Elementary School.I am experienced in spearheading teams in both the private and public accounting sectors to implement new software initiatives and write procedures for new information technology systems.
