Serve as Sway’s primary project management authority, creating detailed scope of work documents and detailed project and schedules based on project phases, specific deliverables, and technical requirements. Support marketing goals and objectives for the Tidewater Physical Therapy, Tidewater Performance brands and their divisions through technical knowledge and creative graphic design. Translate business goals and concepts into visual solutions through design composition, font, photo and color choices. Develop and complete the graphic design and layout of projects including but not limited to: multimedia presentations, newsletters, and other marketing products. Design clinical collateral for community education, DTC, and B2B purposes, including brochures, flyers, advertising, web graphics and signage. Resize and edit photos for print and electronic media including Web and all social media. Update web content and photos utilizing WordPress platform. Provide art direction for photo shoots and videos produced in-house and with approved vendors. Manage corporate printed materials and branded items from design through production. Design and coordinate placement of print advertising according to copy and tone established by marketing director. Maintain advertising contract file. Follow-up with advertising staff as needed to ensure scheduled placement and print quality. Manage items requested via SharePoint / Marketing Request Portal. Oversee timely completion, accuracy of content and branding, consistent with pre approved action items and requests. Manage competing deadlines. Aid in the development and continued improvement of creative standards, procedures, and organization methods. Seek out information related to technological advances in the field and identify areas of use in the organization. Provide backup or support to Marketing Department staff. Communicate regularly with Marketing Representatives to ensure regional branding satisfaction.
