• 👩‍🎨 I've been an artist most of my life, but I decided to turn my love of drawing, painting, and illustration into a business in 2022. • I'm working on a mini-series of tiny art where I paint all my subjects on a canvas size of 5"x5" and smaller.• I offer limited Graphic Design consultations depending on availability

• Collaborate with Lead Graphic Designer & Marketing and Public Relations' staff to identify specific graphic requirements• Provide recommendations and materials to suit needs and manage the graphic representation of the Library’s mission, events, and general communications.• Create and layout original print-ready designs and creative content for any range of displays, print materials, web pages, signs, advertisements, slide shows, newsletters, products, and other creative elements.• Design and implement staging of special events in the Library or at other venues.• Communicate and maintain standards for graphic materials to be followed in the development of graphic materials. • Operate and maintain computers and software resources dedicated to graphic requirements. • Monitor the operation of internal print shop equipment and arrange for maintenance as required.• Perform or assist with any system operations as directed to maintain the work flow or respond to emergency conditions.• Attend and participate in any variety of meetings and task force groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain or provide approvals, resolve problems and maintain specific levels of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements and policies.• Demonstrates a courteous and cooperative manner that promotes a harmonious and effective workplace environment.

• Provide excellent customer service and address needs of customers in a timely and effective manner. • Maintain and produce signage for all departments, adhering to Whole Foods Market brand standards.• Maintain visual quality and consistency for all departments.• Follow all regional signage graphic standards guidelines and procedures.• Perform daily store walks in all departments to check quality and appearance of signs. Replace as needed.• Create flyers and other marketing materials within regional graphic guidelines as needed.• Illustrate chalkboards for display in departments.• Work closely with all Team Leaders, Specialists, Store Systems Integrator/ Data Technology Specialist, and Store Marketing Team.• Maintain inventory of necessary supplies and equipment.

• Ring up customer at checkout• Supports a selling environment in all areas of the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.• Initiates genuine conversation to engage with the customer in a personalized way where all customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.• Participates in the learning and sharing of product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire the customer.
