These include Early Park Admission for both Universal Studios Orlando and Islands of Adventure and the Superstar Parade.• Perform these duties for our formal, corporate and private events with the added duties of handling transportation via private cars or charter busses (ranging from 10 guests to 10,000+ guests), guiding guests to their locations with signs and light wands when needed, checking credentials to ensure no non-event guests enter these areas, and performing any other general requests that our clients may have.• Production shoots require various camera policies, crowd control procedures for outdoor and closed soundstage shots. Along with breaks comes ensuring that the team is hydrated and free from work related illnesses and injuries.• Complete projects as needed. These include moving materials between various locations, labeling and reassigning these materials, working on informational boards in the Event Operations office, completing research and development on new event procedures and guides, and any other tasks as needed by our supervisors and managers.• Complete journals and appropriate paperwork for each completed shift.
