Prepare and share recruiting highlights each quarter and collaborate with other committee members to bring awareness and education regarding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.• Compliance: Manage DISA drug screening program as Primary DER & Communicator, coordinating pre-employment, pre-access, and random drug tests in multiple consortiums to ensure all client requirements are met.• Committees and Networking: Member of two employee-led committees, including the DEI Committee and Emerging Professionals. Communicate with and support young professionals in the company across the nation and discuss growth and learning opportunities.
