In my role as a Human Resources Representative & Recruiter, I work with individuals of all backgrounds and encourage a collaborative process. I am passionate about community outreach and communicate often with universities, veteran centers, and multicultural offices. I am also a committee lead for the ever-growing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee with a focus on education and awareness through various channels, including a storytelling project titled “Our People, Our Stories”.I maintain a wide variety of requisitions and thoroughly enjoy recruiting dedicated and passionate individuals. I am diligent in finding the right fit for my hiring managers and providing an efficient recruiting process. I have always made the greatest effort to maintain compliance and provide professionalism and the best experience for all parties involved.With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wyoming, I studied the brain and how humans interact with the world around them. Now, as a recruiter, I work with and meet people with different brains every day. I enjoy conversing with candidates and learning more about their professions and what they are striving for in their future.I recently received the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida’s Muma College of Business. I am eager to continue learning more every day, even just by experiencing this journey we call life!
