POC in Architecture is a platform that celebrates people of colour in architecture. As a contributing writer, I pitch ideas, research, draft and write articles within my field of interest which often involves opinion on spatial and social justice related to the built environment and, architectural reporting.

Highlights and achievements of my time at Our Future Cities include writing and researching articles on various urban topics, representing the NPO on an international live chat to debate and dialogue with urban organisations and writing several media releases on major Our Future Cities events. My learning of urban issues was enhanced through engaging with leading architectural and urban activists such as BLOK developments, Design Space Africa, Urban Think-Tank and ETH Zurich staff.
