•Assisted the Fellowship Director with managing the business, organization and operations of the Truman Project’s flagship National Security Fellowship program, which provides national security and foreign policy consultation and training to Congressional Members and staff as well as nearly 400 national security leaders around the country.•Helped to plan, organize and manage two major national security conferences in Washington, D.C. with highly senior Administration officials, congressional staff members, military officials, ambassadors and over 250 Security Fellows.•Researched and worked with Director to design and implement a new application and selection model to decentralize Fellowship model across ten chapters around the country.
