I am Co founder of Be On Trend, a fashion e-commerce platform showcasing the best independent brands in the industry. I am also currently the Marketing Manager for Wing Shack Co. based in Loughton, Bethnal Green and Clerkenwell. My role encompasses all social media and PR for the company, aiming to maximise our reach within our target audience as we look to grow Nationwide and globally. In addition, I run a breakfast kitchen in multiple locations across London called ‘Eggs and Stuff’. We serve a breakfast and brunch menu in soft, warm brioche buns with a special homemade sauce which has proven to be a hit within our catchment areas. We are looking to expand this simple but effective menu across the UK in due courseI am looking to expand my reach with like minded individuals, as well as developing new concepts that can help with building my ever growing businesses
