- Development of skills in verbal and written communication; through computer usage, and vocally relaying messages to health care professionals in order to prepare for future experiences in a hospital setting. - Utilization of organizational competence by maintaining files and managing time throughout the day. - Gain exposure to hands on patient experience by being trained to sit on one-to-ones with patients on safety precautions. - Became confident with communicating with nurses, physicians, and other professionals in a hospital setting in addition to patients and their family members.-Experience with Med/Surg, Telemetry, and Transitional Care units as well as the Emergency Department.

- Educated by organizing learning activities and grades, hold office hours to assist students and review sessions throughout the semester in order to promote the success of students in learning the Spanish language. - Gained communication and leadership skills by holding myself in professional manner in order to advance in the future. Also gained confidence in communicating to professors, which will help to make connections in the future. - Aimed to empower and support students in order to prepare them for classes they will take in the future.
