To obtain a position as an elementary school teacher, that will utilize my strong dedication to children’s development and to their education needs. To encourage children’s creativity and use of higher-order thinking to increase their performance within the classroom. Encourage active learning and group participation in the classroom, to help students become productive and successful citizens.
