I am currently the Catering and Food & Beverage Intern at Germian Arena where I am able to work side by side with the Director of Food & Beverage. My duties include creating "Riders" (PEO's), managing The Big Cypress Club, and putting together catering set-ups.

I am a server/bartender at Breakaway Sports Pub located upstairs in Germain Arena. There I am a able to serve and interact with many different customers. I enjoy working every event because it is always a changing atmosphere.

I worked with the Business Development Manager; with him I was able to create event orders, form marketing ads, as well as work on all social media websites. While at Shula's I was also able to Hostess, Serve, and Manage the restaurant. I enjoyed my time at Shula's because I was able to grow and learn more about the hospitality industry.
