Taking care of the Sales Business and Marketing Promotion and Communication, collect customers and product information and develop potential customers. 1. Working together with front sales to dedicate to help to achieve the sales target (mainly ASP, volumes and sales revenue etc.,) , make quarterly, monthly and weekly forecast of shipments with front sales, coordinate for the delivery and documents presentation and make sure to collect amount receivable on time. 2. Customer’s credit management: Keep trace on customer’s credit, especially on AR collection or overdue, take immediate actions and find solutions to avoid overdue.4. Serve as customer’s valuable and trusty contact for products, services, technical issues, and supply/ shipping issues in the back office and keep efficient communications by internal teamwork to improve customer service. 5. Keep good or long-term relationships with present and potential customers by providing regular services, new product or technology information etc. to keep customers well informed. 6. Develop or provide business action plans to increase business, develop new customer or enter into new target market. 7. Work as a bridge to keep well communications between customers and internal departments, as well as to keep more clear and efficiency team work. 8. To maintain each order by tracking from purchasing to the final amount collecting, documents sent, to make sure each process going smoothly.

1. Technical communications and Solutions design before order: after the first enquiry of customer, I am responsible for the arrangement of the technical communications between R&D engineer and customers; engineer raises technical supports from customer; after receiving full technical information (including drawings and specifications etc,) from customers, engineer starts to make the design; after finish of the design, I am responsible for the confirmation of the design with customer and also send the price to customer on the basis of the layout of the design. 2. Business Operations After the finish of the solutions design, I am responsible for the business negotiations with customer, confirm price, delivery date, quantity, terms of payment etc, after confirmation, I am responsible for issuing PI to customer, customer will also send PO. 3. Keep t rack of the production procedures After the order of customer, our company will start production, I am responsible for taking care of the whole production procedures to make sure that goods to be delivered in time; meantime, I have to take care of the business procedures of export. 4. Keep track of AR balance after delivery: After delivery, inform customer timely of the shipment, and ensure amount receivable with customer during the fixed period. 5. Customer Maintenance After customer receiving goods, I am responsible for enquiry about the installation and using conditions, visit customers regularly and provide the maintenance guide of the products.
