As Audit Supervisor, I will play a key role in supervising the annual SOX compliance audit and SOX compliance team initiatives including assessing units’ control environments, assisting in the formation of recommendations designed to improve controls and/or methods of operation and presenting findings and recommendations to management. I will also be responsible for providing guidance and coaching to audit team members and business partners.

As Internal Audit Advisor, I will be performing risk-based audits and advisory reviews including audit planning, execution, and delivering insightful feedback to management. I will work closely with leadership and the Enterprise Risk Management team to help Deere and Company accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
