Have you ever heard the term "Jack of all trades"? Nice to meet you, I'm Jack's sister. There is no task too small to consider not worth learning, and I have learned to trust my team to achieve great heights. I believe work is all about the people, and it is not considered "great" unless achieved together. As I guide my team daily in my current position I have been able to achieve completion of all required daily tasks in addition to surpassing company record highs by 100-1000 in customers assisted daily. I demonstrated caution and planning while completing humanitarian work in South America where I learned Spanish fluently; and I posses quick learning skills demonstrated in my ability to learn the language reaching a fluent level in six months. I have continuously displayed my dedication to safety while supervising teams of three to fifteen in fast paced situations within a food service setting.I take the opinions of others very seriously, and use the thoughts and facts shown by others when making important decisions.
