I have worked in a variety of customer service environments for the past 4 years! Through this job experience, I have gained valuable perspective on what quality customer service looks like, and I have also learned many other important skills such as how to work well on a team, how to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers, and how to take initiative and responsibility in the workplace. I have also held a number of leadership positions over the years including President of the Honor Council, Chaplain in Student Government, Community Group Leader, Dance Captain, and Resident Shepherd. I am still currently a Resident Shepherd. This job in particular has been extremely helpful as a person who desires to go into vocational ministry; it has given me fantastic hands-on experience with ministry, as well as the opportunity to apply what I am learning in class to my ministry.
