As an Events Coordinator at Drago's, I handle customer inquiries regarding both banquet and catering events, give the customers all of the information about our services, help them choose services within their budget, and schedule walk-throughs of our facilities with them. Once they have chosen Drago's for their event, I book their events, handle financial responsibilities including deposits, and act as a liaison between the customer and Drago's personnel. I am present during the event to ensure customer satisfaction.Because I work in a small office, I perform several assistant duties as well. I am responsible for financial transactions, assisting executive level associates with maintaining efficient schedules, customer service, and quality control.

As an intern at Prodigy Promotions and Marketing, I assisted the CEO in organizing and executing events. I contacted local businesses to inquire about involvement in events such as a nightclub opening and a fundraiser.
