I am a Nutritionist who specializes in eating disorders. I help individuals with these problems obtain their health goals by getting them healthy with the right food at the right time, and help to create lasting changes in their lives through Nutrition. My objective is to educate my clients in understanding how to eat well, live a happy life and provide support along the way. In addition to that, we do some consulting and teaching on other health matters such as; health coaching, stress management, Nutritional Counseling, goal setting and more.
