• Work closely with high-volume Recruiters and HR Partners on all aspects of recruiting and the execution of TA strategies• Serve as the point of contact for candidates during the end-to-end recruiting process• Serve as a passionate and knowledgeable UA Brand Ambassador to external candidates and visitors• Schedule phone screens and on-site interviews for candidates in 30+ open REQs• Monitor candidate dispositioning within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and issue changes as needed
