- Forecasting of supply chain needs for the company and preparation of relevant suggested purchase orders for approval.- Forecasting of suggested brewing schedule needs for the company.- Following up with suppliers to ensure purchase orders are delivered on time and to specifications.- Scrutinization of sales forecast from the Director Of Sales & Marketing, as well as forecasts from our export markets to ensure appropriate levels of raw materials are available to meet demand.- Scrutinization of safety stock levels based on sales trends.- Coordination of inventory stock counts with both internal and third party warehouses. - Analyzation and scrutinization of variances to ensure that the appropriate steps are taken to prevent future discrepancies.- Negotiation of terms and beneficial pricing with raw material and freight suppliers.- Provide accurate reports for upper management including Director of Sales and Marketing, Director of Finance, Head Brewer, and Production Manager.- Facilitating distribution of products from all warehouse to purchaser locations.- Implementation of home warehouse delivery system / empoyee management.- A/R management (processing transactions, managing A/R client list, updating client information).- A/P management (analyzing, reviewing and confirming all received invoices are correct before payment processing).- Account management- Managerial responsibilities (scanning, filing, office cleanliness, answering phones, emails, ordering supplies).

Office Manager:- Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands.- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.- Organize office operations and procedures.- Administrative work- Handling customer inquiries and complaints.- Review and approve office supply acquisitions.- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.Reservations Manager:- Manage all bookings- Answer guest inquiries- Large party bookings / facility buy-outs- Follow up with tentative bookings and updating reservation statuses- Proficient in using Bookenda and OpentableCash Leader:- Handling all daily cash- Counting tills- Completing server cash-outs & due backs- Fixing individual entry errors- Forecasting on-hand cash totals for weekend staff
