-Committed to providing the Cleveland Indians organization with exceptional service both internally and externally in a professional and timely manner.-Thoroughly knowledgeable in the policies and procedures of Progressive Field and the Cleveland Indians, including, but not limited to the areas of Ticket Sales and Service, Ballpark Operations Policies and Procedures, Merchandising, Food & Beverage, Human Resources, etc.-Responsible for answering all incoming telephone calls and providing a high level of Cleveland Indians customer service.-Send out information, including pocket schedules, fan packs, ticket information, fan facts, etc., as needed.-Sell, service, process, and create Scoreboard Greetings.-Assist in recruitment and facilitation of Fan Advisory Council. -Assist with miscellaneous ticketing projects, including selling them over the phone.

-Development and cultivation of marketing plans for each of Ohio’s 16 varsity sports.-Creation of sales strategies for Ohio Basketball, with a strong emphasis on season ticket retention and new account creation-Manage, create and track sales databases-Develop call scripts, as well as call-flow, objection and closing strategies-Direct prospecting and lead-generation efforts for football season, individual game and group sales-Planning and execution of football and basketball game promotions, including Band Day, Bobcat Draw Play, Youth Day, Be Blue, and Bobcat Blackout-Planning and activation of Bobcat Student Park and Pepsi Tailgreat Park-Develop strategies to increase memberships in the O Zone and Bobcat Student Park

-Assist in planning events for Ohio Bobcat supporters and donors throughout the season. -Raised awareness on campus for student attendance at home matches. -Ran table at Dig Pink! match bringing in donations as well as bids on the silent auction.

-Responsible for selling and taking tickets, set up and tear down of facility, and provide customer service as an usher. -Assist in any other game day operations by creating a safe and fun environment for men and women’s teams.
