Talent Resource Specialist
• Support recruiting and business development team to identify potential information technology candidates for client projects. • Positions included, but are not limited to Java Developers, Help Desk, QA Testers, Database Administrators, Web Developers, Business Analysts and Project Managers.• Recruit quality IT candidates through networking, databases, market research, recruiting calls and joining professional organizations. • Maintain information in the Applicant Tracking System (Salesforce.com & Taleo).• Conduct candidate interviews via phone and in-person to effectively evaluate candidate’s employment history, education, technical acumen, and salary requirements. • Conduct reference checks, assist current Fusion employees with benefits administration, i.e. insurance questions & problem resolution.• Process pre-employment screening i.e. E-Verify, drug screen, and background check. • Create submittal reports for management to review• Human resource administration for employees and new hires.• Exercise good judgment and initiative in completing assignments and advanced administrative and computer skills. • Engage in consistent and constructive dialogue with account managers to better build and communicate corporate story to potential candidates o Work with account managers to clearly understand client’s environment, team makeup, and job roles while setting expectations based on geographic location, salary requirements, experience level, etc.
