Inside Sales Specialist
Touring Specialist
Through its flagship Move First program, Orchard allows you to buy a new home using a portion of your current home’s equity. You can move in right away while Orchard covers the costs to prepare, list, and sell your current home. You avoid paying two mortgages at once, and Orchard recovers its expenses — plus a 6% service fee — from the proceeds of your home sale. As a touring specialist, I was the "face" of the company. Showing homes was my main role, however it was important to engage with the clients to ensure that their experience with Orchard was always positive. My job included scheduling home tours, coordinating, asking questions about properties and starting negotiations with listing agents. Orchard has many facets and it was important to be in constant communication with other teams in order to exceed client expectations. Attending continuing education courses and zoom presentations was vital to stay up to date with market trends. I successfully helped many clients find a new place to call home.

Customer Service Administrator
I started working at Fairfield Animal Hospital because of my love for animals. I started as a customer service representative and was quickly promoted to the lead position after a couple of months. My primary role was to implement new front desk protocols and to ensure that the business was running smoothly on a day-to-day basis. I ensured that appointments ran on time and did not over-load doctors by scheduling appointments strategically and thoughtfully. Fairfield Animal Hospital customers love the clinic even though it is not the least expensive option because the staff goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Another key role I filled was ensuring that all customers left happy. I handled customer complaints professionally in order to maintain a positive customer experience. I was a trusted advisor and attended meetings with the practice owner and manager on a regular basis to discuss both the successes that the clinic experienced and to locate areas that could use improvement. After these meetings I would have objectives and goals for staff to help employee moral and overall function of the clinic. I learned more about patience, planning and professionalism while working at Fairfield Animal Hospital than I have previously at any other job I've held. Working here really gave me the tools to be successful in my current job and I had such a positive experience in this role.
Designer
Although my experience here was cut short - I learned so much about design in those months. I was able to learn KCD which is a skill I will always possess and appreciate. I had a wonderful experience working here. The owners are lovely and kind. I chose to leave this job for personal reasons, however I still have an eye for design and a passion for decorating spaces. My dream job would be as an interior designer, and I hope to work in this field in the future.

Collections Agent
I was responsible for making a minimum of 350 outbound calls a day to consumers who were in debt. I negotiated realistic monthly payments for each consumer based on their income, marital status, and possible changes and hardships that might have caused them to fall behind.Empathy was a big part of the job, and I had to really relate to different people in different walks of life in order to gain their trust and build a personal relationship with them. This job allowed me to grow in numerous ways. I am able to talk to people comfortably over the phone, ask hard questions, and be a chameleon to different peoples personality types.
Front Desk Agent
Bartender
Medieval Times was a wonderful and magical place to work. I enjoyed serving guests themed beverages while entertaining them with medieval lingo. I can not express the absolute joy I felt working here on a day to day basis. I mean, who else gets to tell people that they work in a castle?! If you are looking for a summer or part-time job, look no further. The pay was EXCELLENT, and the company was even better.
