Senior Digital Ad Operations Manager
CurrentOversee and lead digital owned and operated sales ad operations support for all Tribune Publishing properties, supporting over $30M in annual revenue.Supervise team of internal Digital Campaign Specialists and Vendor support who process orders for billing and fulfillment on all owned and operated products. Serve as liaison between the operational side of digital advertising in regards to all back end systems and tools and in market contacts on the sales and support side, including but not limited to Naviga, Fattail/ Adbook, GAM, LiveIntent, AdWallet, ClickUp and Service Engine Plus. Research issues on the operational including billing/revenue, fulfillment, ad tags and broken ads. Work with market contacts to optimize campaigns through various tactics for a number of KPIs. Develop and maintain business requirements and SLAs for order management, ad serving and billing systems.Work cross functionally with multiple teams such as Dev, Tech, Product, Finance and Editorial to test, support and implement new product offerings and new systems and vendor products.Provide insight and direction for presale operations including media planning, RFPs, campaign IO creation and creative direction.
