As the Digital Manager I service the South-Central Region which encompasses Dallas, Houston and San Antonio. In this role I manage one employee and all digital bulletin inventory in the three markets. I strategize with Account Executives and Sales Managers on accounts developing the best tailored plan to accomplish each client’s needs and goals. Execute and manage dynamic and social content campaigns. Generate opportunities to maximize revenue and occupancy. Visit clients in the three markets presenting digital capabilities and brainstorming sessions. I process inventory hold request and contracts. Managed board repair and maintenance with vendors. Participate in revenue management meetings to review data and engage in strategizing.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

As the Digital Media Specialist I handle all digital needs in the Dallas-Fort Worth branch. Address all client needs by scheduling creative, creative changes, and set up & monitoring of dynamic campaigns (i.e. live scoring, countdowns, news updates, conditional content). Educate clients on digital capabilities and train on web based programs we offer to the client to schedule and update their own creative. Educate and train clients on the integration of social media into their campaigns. Responsible for providing confirmation photos and generating Proof of Performance completion reports on all digital campaigns.
