About Kelsey Craig
I live by the phrase, “If you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life,” and I have found this to be true throughout all of my experiences. I discovered a lot about who I am and who I want to be while obtaining my advanced degrees, and most importantly, I learned that my purpose is to leave people better than when I first meet them. I’ve hired and trained many teams over the years and together, we’ve successfully designed, developed, and implemented new programs and services to support a variety of populations. Each of these steps requires assessing and understanding audience needs, identifying where services are lacking, and collecting feedback from individuals to know if we hit the mark or need to continue developing stronger services. At the end of the day, the needs and satisfaction of the audience come first and I know a team can achieve far greater working together than any individual working alone.Curious about what makes me “tick”?
