I began building GoodThings in 2020. After 4 years of molding the concept, taking some time away, and rebuilding, GoodThings officially launched in March of 2024 as a community platform for locals and visitors to find people, places, and things to do. We help promote and uplift small businesses and independent creatives in the city of Philadelphia to help strengthen our community and local economy.I couldn't be more proud of what GoodThings has done for our community so far. In the past 6 months, I've grown GoodThings by 5k Instagram followers, 300 newsletter subscribers, and 7k unique visitors.

Bells + Whistles was founded on three social initiatives: representation + inclusivity, mental health + wellness & environmental responsibility. We chose these areas of focus to keep at top of mind at every turn. Today, we have a much larger set of goals surrounding impact, activism and setting an example that inspires a collective shift in where society's values lie. Today I also hired our first employee. I set monthly, quarterly & yearly goals that focus on increasing brand awareness & new leads. I track metrics from social, web & ad campaigns to ensure the success of Hoffman Design Group’s broader Omnichannel goals. I create and manage a yearly budget based on our in-depth marketing strategy. In addition to being director of marketing, I’m also our community leader. A position that I fabricated myself, I curate and carry out company bonding and community enrichment activities.
