Contracting during a large acquisition - I assisted with the HR functions within Sand Hospitality Management , LLC and carried out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, policy implementation, unemployment, worker's compensation and leave administration.
