Managed 3 cross-functional Human Resources projects over course of the program.Developed strategy and 5-year implementation plan for new roles within battery electric vehicle teams. Worked directly with Chief Talent Officer to investigate talent market within the battery electric vehicle space. Conducted cross-departmental interviews and surveys to collect data; analyzed responses to generate insights on recurring themes and define a new critical role. Updated an audit tool used by 150+ employees to determine annual Union Representative compensation in collaboration with 4 fellow interns. Streamlined 60-page version to work as a living electronic document. Incorporated 2019 United Automotive Workers of America agreement updates with user-friendly language and resulting document was subsequently cascaded across Ford’s 8 domestic manufacturing plants.Analyzed current meeting structure across the department and introduced 3 improvements. Addressed the need to enhance employee psychological safety and decrease bureaucracy.
