Grew small non-profit organization into robust community support center. Facilitated Covid-19 response, grew staff from 1 part-time contractor to 10 part and full time staff members, grew revenue from less than $10k to more than $400k in 3 years, innovated and executed multiple immediate needs and long term goal based programs to meet community needs. Facilitated dozens of community partnerships and successfully executed multiple grants.

- Created “My Child was Diagnosed with ASD in the KMC…Now What?,” for USAF and USA, a step-by-step guide for when a child has been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the US military community in Kaiserslautern, Germany. The guide is currently being distributed to families by area military developmental pediatricians during diagnostic appointments. - Created, distributed, and analyzed KMC/Rheinland Pfalz Mother & Spouse Mental Health survey with 179 responses. - Presented findings to local military leadership and created anxiety/depression awareness and resource flyers which were disseminated throughout the community. - Created Rheinland Pfalz Behavioral Health Resource Guide, which has been disseminated by regional news outlets.- Organized speakers and content for Exceptional Family Member Program “Spectrum of Light” Autism symposium with 40+ parent and professional attendees. - Provided direct in-person and online support and resource referral to 100+ US military spouses in the local community. - Created, distributed, and analyzed a survey with over 800 responses for the Military Birth Resource Network on access to care for women who have received pregnancy or postpartum care on a US military installation.

o Founded, grew, organized events for, and lead 400+ member in-person/online support group for local military families whose children are “high needs,” “spirited,” or have a behavioral or medical diagnosis. o Organized events for support and community building, including Easter Egg Hunt for Spirited Children with 40+ attendees. o Promoted online and in-person open dialogue for members to discuss parenting strategies, receive support, and share resources. o Recruited and organized 7-person leadership team in June 2019 to continue to develop and grow organization.

- Conducted weekly individual psychotherapy with 37 students ranging from ages 5 to 18 in five schools across Calvert County, with diagnoses across the DSM-V spectrum. - Completed 20 diagnostic evaluations to assess client treatment needs. - Collaborated with 10+ County agencies and school resources to provide appropriate services to clients and their families.

- Conducted individual psychotherapy with 14 adults and children who have experienced domestic violence and/or sexual assault. - Recruited, planned, and facilitated five six-week psychoeducational groups for 42 children (aged 5-13) whose parents are separated or divorced. - Completed 50+ intakes with adults and parents for individual and group psychotherapy to assess needs and formulate treatment. - Evaluated and organized over 100 treatment and therapeutic resources for victims of violence for office-wide use.

- Provided crisis counseling for 20+ victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, and stalking, and coordinated services and resources with University police, University health center, and professors. - Planned, facilitated, and successfully executed campus-wide Take Back the Night on a $2000 budget.- Coordinated speakers and presentations, organized training materials, and created marketing materials to promote prevention of sexual assault on campus for 30+ events and trainings.

Employment Consultant - Developed integrated employment opportunities for 17 adults with developmental disabilities, trained newly hired participants, and provided support for participants and supervisors. - Organized and facilitated 5 trainings to promote self-advocacy for program participants. High School Program Manager - Managed 19 high school chapters of a friendship program for students with and without developmental disabilities, including monthly site visits to provide support and problem solving. - Facilitated 4 trainings to cultivate and strengthen student officer corps, advisor leadership, and chapter and engaged in public speaking to promote mission and recruit members.
