Succeeded in making links between different regiments, ensuring inter relational equipment and intelligence was available for those deployed. • Provided weekly and monthly reports on vehicles and staff to ensure that higher management was satisfied that all KPI was met. • Whilst on operations was tasked to collect and source all equipment to set up a forward operating base in Basra. This included protective and associated equipment. Designed and operated stores database to ensure correct accounting procedures.• Was Senior Corporal of the troop and ensure the management of maintenance and repairs of all scimitar fighting vehicles and ensured that all spares were identified early to ensure vehicles stayed on the road at all times.• Acted as Senior Manager for a battle group of 1000 soldiers ensuring discipline and company policy was adhered to at all times, whilst maintaining contractual obligations in local and foreign theatre.• Whilst training a battle group ready to deploy to Afghanistan was able to run a live range ensure that safety was always adhered to at all times. Ensuring that all ammunition was accounted for and policy and training criteria was achieved.• Whilst deployed in operations for over 12 months, took on duties of snatch vehicle commander ensuring safety for the team and others. Held full responsibility for all equipment worth in excess of £1 million.
