• Consultation & development of loyalty programs & CRM strategies (journey & database segregation) based on client objectives through multiple touchpoints to convert leads and increase conversion on e-commerce platforms• Implementation & planning of new CRM platform by obtaining client business requirements and convert them to technical requirements to development team• Execution of entire journey and automation from lead capturing, tracking & media targeting through custom audience (look-a-like & exclusions)• Educate and communicate CRM best practices (Email, SMS, Push & In-App notifications) to both internal & external stakeholders.

Malaysia

- Maintain, Implement and Enhance all marketing digital platform for Specialised Nutrition division (Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, Formassembly)- Develop, maintain and Enchance website CMS and backend coding based on campaign requirements for both corporate and e-commerce for both Specialised Nutrition & Consumer Dairy division (Drupal, Wordpress, Shopify)- Plan marketing technology roadmap. Implement, Test and work closely with external stakeholders to implement new technology enhancement/techstack.- Obtain business requirements from various internal stakeholders to translate them to technical requirements.- Develop, Schedule and report all marketing communications (eDM & SMS). Build consumer journey via journey builder and data segregation to provide 1-on-1 personalised content to consumers (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
