I currently assist this privately owned food distributor in creating and maintaining budget spreadsheets to track sales at two dozen locations.

I led a management team in supervising a staff of over 65 employees at Uconn’s largest residential dining facility. Responsibilities as manager included but were not limited to interviewing, hiring, and training of new employees, issuing discipline, payroll entry, maintaining budget records, and employee evaluations.

As an assistant manager, I directly oversaw a dozen workers during a typical shift to insure performance. It was required to obtain the national food handling certification, ServSafe. In addition to supervising staff, assistant managers are delegated administrative tasks such as filing documents, making daily logbook entries and organizing social events.
