- Electrical Wiring Schematics and Wiring Harness design (including routing activities for prototype vehicles) for Daimler Trucks global projects - Design and integration of new concepts/features and release activities on documentation system - Wiring harness components (connectors, terminals, wires etc.) responsibility and release/activate usage of new parts for Mercedes-Benz Trucks- Creating wiring harness related norms/specification books and assurance of compatibility of the parts used at Mercedes-Benz Trucks - Leading regular meetings with suppliers Tier 1&2, working concepts out for an efficient manufacturing, planning and coordination of prototyping activities- Coordination of development and customer demands (change requests and quality issues) from various plants like Germany, Turkey, China, Brazil and implementation of the technical solutions- At the bottom line to guarantee a smooth production in the plants while cooperating with supplier management, prototyping workshops, aftersales, cost engineering and purchasing departments.

- Implementation of E/E Team into production to increase competence of production employees in electrical and electronics scopes rework activities - Organize daily work plan and additional requests from stakeholders (e.g. R&D topics, Quality issues)- Integration of process changes into production including equipment changes and organization of logistics/kitting activities- Ensure the application of the quality policy, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, 18001 and 50001 standards in the production units- Root cause analysis of variable errors and deviations within the framework of the error management system, identification of preventive activities, implementation of defined preventive actions- Monthly management report of production efficiency and rework quality for plant management, track of KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale) of the department. - Provide lean methodology and support continuous improvement expert projects

- AGV (Auto Guided Vehicle) implementation on kitting processes to eliminate non-value added activities and improve logistics processes in the scope of Low Cost Automation.- Time and cost analysis (Time study and Spaghetti Diagram) for battery carrier and air tank pre-assembly, processes redesign of pre-assembly station layout and kitting cart.

- Support for preventive and predictive periodical maintenance of the electrical machines and PLC applications in the plant.- Cost and feasibility analysis of installing photovoltaic solar panels for the plant.
