With the CEO stepping aside to lead our Australian sister-company, I was appointed to the new position of General Manager, having oversight of all departments and operations of New Zealand’s leading office furniture wholesaler, reporting to the board.During my time as General Manager, my main focus was to consolidate the structure of the business for sustained growth, including restructuring our sales recruiting a number of senior personnel to add capability to our management team.
