The Sideline Story is a youth mentorship program I founded to inspire and guide young individuals from diverse communities as they navigate the challenges of life. Born from my own experience growing up in a single-parent home, where my most impactful guidance came from teachers, I understand firsthand the power of mentorship and the importance of having someone in your corner.Through workshops, guest speaking, and personal one-on-one mentorship, I collaborate with youth programs, schools, and organizations to offer career planning, life advice, and tailored support. The program’s core philosophy is simple yet profound: While some individuals begin life "playing the game," others start on the sidelines, watching and waiting for their turn.
