Ken is an EHS and Operational Excellence Consultant. His background includes 30 years in safety – first at Delta Air Lines, and then as an independent consultant to the airline and aerospace industry, as well as many other construction, manufacturing, industrial maintenance, and repair operations. He has a BA in Industrial Psychology. Ken has led a variety of consulting engagements in large and small organizations throughout the United States and Canada – including occupational safety and health, performance management, organizational development, and quality systems.
