As VP of Technical~Sales I am responsible for overseeing the Technical, Engineering, Sales and Marketing Teams. My goal is to ignite new creativity and innovation in our amazing team of employees and focus on the values that has made Arzel successful for over 40 years, making the most dependable, innovative products with the highest level of customer support in the industry. As well as building a new culture based on collaboration and empowerment that is passionate not only about Arzel but everyone that has supported us and our products.

Working in the Technical Support Department at Arzel Zoning has allowed me to develop many amazing relationships throughout the HVAC industry with literally thousands of HVAC distributors and contractors across the US and Canada . As head of Arzel's technical services I am responsible for maintaining an efficient department and technical call center, offering design and application support to both contractors and distributors, working on new product development and testing while offering assistance to the Arzel Sales Department .With a background in electrical and controls and a long history of offering technical assistance to technicians and installers in the field I joined Arzel in 2008 working within its technical support department and currently hold the title of Technical Support Manager. I have been involved with the development of many Arzel products and is named on several patents as well, including the HeatPumPro, GTPro and CoolMizer panels to name a few and have had the opportunity to work with and do extensive testing with companies such as Maytag, Genteq Motors, Spacepak and UnicoI serve as lead instructor for Arzel's Comfort College Program as well as all off-site training's including Regional Comfort College, Sales, Distributor and Contractor Trainings and I am currently a NATE certified Instructor for Arzel Zoning.

Provided day to operations management , was responsible for HVAC service and installation crews as well as on the Home Improvement crews . Scheduled, dispatched, provided customer service, ordered equipment and clean ups for the Home Improvement and HVACR departments, which included siding, roofing, insulation, heating, windows, and air conditioning departments. Supervised and offered technical support to HVACR install and service technicians.

Management of the Service Department managed daily activities and emergencies , supported department with 30-35 technicians in addition to dispatchers and customer service rep's . Also provided technical support for the Install and Service Departments.
