I then moved on to supporting mobile smartphones. Most of my time at Sutherland was spent supporting mobile devices. Both these positions allowed me to further advance my ability to multi task supporting customers from a technical stand point and use personal customer service skills to relate to them and make the experience the best it could be. In these roles I also increased my technical knowledge of BlackBerry products and the Windows operating system.

I ran a crew of 2-4 and operated a 15' cube van. My duties consisted of driving anywhere in Essex country setting up and tearing down party tents of all sizes. This included the delivery and assembly of tables, chairs and other accessories. This job was very physically demanding and also tested me mentally as I was the crew lead and had to make quick decisions based on customer and team preference.
