Led a highly efficient team responsible for ensuring ease of store implementation of merchandising strategies, floor sets, new product launches, brands, department adjacencies, visual elements, and fixture rollout in over 1,000 stores. Responsible for financial analysis and reporting of new initiatives, seasonal floor sets, and brand rollouts.• Scored in top quartile of Tracom Group corporate leadership testing for social intelligence, critical thinking, and leadership against all associates and peer group.• Led teams that used space planning, built floor plans, developed visuals, and communicated easy-to-implement instructions for 1,000-plus stores in key profit-driving categories; shoes, handbags, intimates, hosiery, and swimwear. • Developed corporate strategy presentations for Executive level VP’s, including creation of scriptwriting, presentation slides, props, teleprompter, more.• Researched, developed, and presented full-scale, open-sell shoe model to senior management to gain an edge over a major competitor. Spearheaded all aspects of the approved $60,000,000-plus project, including budget, communications, visual execution, and floor set guidance for over 800 stores. • Launched major shoe brand rollout with ALDO Shoe Group that involved space planning, fixture, and visual design for 500-plus locations. Managed all aspects of this $30,000,000-plus project from inception to in-store execution. • Led full visual remodel of lingerie department in 800-plus locations and negotiated payment support with external vendor partners - including Maidenform, Jockey, Vanity Fair, Playtex and Bali to fund project. • Coordinated launch of new intimate apparel brands, including Cosabella Amore, Spanx, The Body by Elle Macpherson, and Ambrielle with store environment updates plus new fixture and visual rollouts.
