My primary focus is the selling and servicing of all our Nook products and services we offer. I have gone locally to schools with our educational lead to promote our digital devices. I am also teaching basic and advanced classes to further educate our customers on how to use their devices. As a store lead I also have to support multiple other departments when needed.

Provided technical support for devices through one on one training and offered specialized support for a variety of problems. Provided excellent customer service by adapting to an environment that was always evolving through weekly training of new products and services.

Sold a variety of products covering multiple departments in a retail environment. Qualified customers on how to properly use purchased products and answered questions about all products and services offered.
