Ken spent the last decade working for a major operator in the Marcellus shale, where he focused on developing and applying big data technology to petroleum engineering problems, and overseeing integrated studies that combined full earth models, hydraulic fracture models, analytic reservoir models, numerical reservoir models, and big data models – all aimed at optimizing the profitability of development programs in shale reservoirs.
