Night Classes taught: Semiconductor LabMotor Controls / PLC LabDC/AC Theory for a Pole Climbing class.

Duties include providing maintenance and engineering support for a photographic paper coating line and support equipment. Other areas include; line drive, batch chemical reactors, coating feeding systems, QA/TE labs including photo processing equipment, waste water plant, compressed air, steam, chill water systems and a regenerative thermal oxidizer. Developed and maintained PC and PLC backups. Maintained a PC based laser web inspection system and a networked data server. Other duties include managing projects and associated contractors, ordering parts and writing PM and Calibration Procedures.Also, spent time on Predictive Maintenance Team performing online and offline motor testing. Trained on PDMA and Baker Online and Offline motor testing equipment.

Started as night shift technician my duties included the operation/maintenance of utility equipment, a Molding and a Packaging department. Supervised small crew of up to five operators and reported directly to the Production Manager. After completion of a successful process improvement project, I was promoted to day shift as an Electronics and Instrumentation Technician reporting to the regional Electrical Engineer.
