Additionally, he serves on the Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC) Steering Committee and as the Executive Vice Chairman for the American Chamber of Commerce-Afghanistan where he continues his efforts to broaden economic development in the region.As a change agent and author for internal and external Department of State stakeholders, Fox empowers teams to consistently meet performance standards, implement new initiatives, proactively address conflicts, and manage deliverables.
