As a 6th round pick in the 1985 MLB draft by the Montreal Expos and current Senior Vice President of Operations at Amentum, Fox is a hands-on leader with vast experience overseeing U.S. State Department contracts and deep-rooted expertise across economic and commercial security interests. Fox is singularly focused on performance growth, boosting the bottom line, and achieving stakeholder satisfaction. He also prides himself on his ability to transform bureaucracies by changing cultures, setting performance measures, architecting strategic plans, and managing finances.While serving as the Afghanistan Life Support Services (ALISS) Senior Program Director, Fox has led hundreds of face-to-face meetings with senior leaders from the Government of Afghanistan, U.S. Embassy, and the international business community. These meetings have resulted in overcoming security and policy challenges facing business investment and operations in Afghanistan. Additionally, he serves on the Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC) Steering Committee and as the Executive Vice Chairman for the American Chamber of Commerce-Afghanistan where he continues his efforts to broaden economic development in the region.As a change agent and author for internal and external Department of State stakeholders, Fox empowers teams to consistently meet performance standards, implement new initiatives, proactively address conflicts, and manage deliverables. These efforts have contributed to DynCorp International enjoying +1100% revenue growth over the past five years.Over the past 25 years, Fox has repeatedly demonstrated his leadership talents and ability to effectively manage programs and operations. Additionally, he’s acquired executive leadership experience across international business and joint ventures.
