    Originally a Radiation Technologist with the Ministry of Health in the Radiation Protection Laboratory.Scientist with the Radiation Protection Laboratory which was moved over to the Ministry of Labour approx. 1980.Supervisor with the Radiation Protection Laboratory, 19881998: Manager of the newly combined Radiation Protection Service, a unit comprised of inspectors who enforce worker exposure to radiation (X-Rays, non-ionising) together with the only Provincial Laboratory capbable of measuring radiation in a variety of environmental matrices.(routine and emergncy environmental monitoring around nuclear reactor sites in Ontario and a key role in the Provincial Nuclear Emergency Response Plan).Proposed and implemented a revised and more cost effective structure for the Radiation Protecion Service 1996-1998Appointed as first Emergency Manager for the Ministry of Labour in 2003
