At present I am working as a Junior Field Engineer. I am currently a level 1 engineer but with more jobs I do the better experience I am receiving from it. My role is anything from server installations to helping with tickets on our helpdesk. I worked in restaurants, late bars and night clubs for nearly 10years. I learned a lot about how to deal and treat people within those years. I did everything in that industry from scrubbing toilets to management. what I loved about the industry is not everyday was the same but you would always have some character at the bar you could talk to and find out about them. I made the decision in early 2020 to go back to college and study Computers in NCI. This was pre COVID restrictions and I feel I make the right choice. I was looking for an out of the bar industry, as I wanted to spend more time with my partner which is something we never got to do due to my working hours. At present I am in the final semester of my 2nd year.
