• Support for Sales and Service Personnel in design and installation of VOICE, DATA, LAN and WAN networks. Installing and maintaining ACC, ACT, Adtran, Ascend, Cisco, Fastcom, Kentrox, Livingston, Micom, and Newbridge.
• Install various router networks using TCP/IP, IPX, and bridging, using 10Base-T, 10Base-2, and 10Base-5 type of connections to the Ethernet.
• Configure a variety of protocols on the WAN side including Frame-Relay, ISDN, HDLC, and PPP Install various voice networks using Loop-Start, Ground-Start, 2W 4W E&M, and DNIS across a Point to Point or Frame-Relay.
